Ralph H. Lide, M.A., PHR is the founder and principal owner of Sagacity Consulting. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the area of Human Resource Development. He has developed customized classroom training, conducted performance and needs analyses, facilitated groups, managed improvement projects, taught courses and evaluated results.

Mr. Lide has served as the Training Manager for the United States Air Force District of Washington, Training Instructor for the Department of Human Services Training and Staff Development Division, and as an Internal Consultant to Management for the Defense Information Systems Agency. He has conducted various workshops and seminars nationally and internationally. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Strayer University.

Mr. Lide holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Administration, Masters Degree in Human Resource Development, and has been nationally certified by the Society for Human Resources Management, Certification Institute. He has also received a certificate in Managerial Development from the Federal Aviation Administration and is experienced in using Instructional System Design (ISD).
